I have a 6-year old boy and a soon-to-be 2-year old girl. It is so much easier to assume what we say has more or as much of an impact than what we do with our children. And it isn't just leading by example for our own kids. The WSJ ran a great section on "Solving the Caregiving Puzzle" this last weekend.
