Danni and I have Daddy/Daughter Date nights. We go see a movie, go ride the merry go round, etc when Mom is busy or needs a break. I hope it continues when she gets older. For example, this week my wife got some contract work so is working all five days. She hasn't worked since he was born so this was a bit of a big deal. So, we made this week the first ever official "No Mommy Kick Ass Week" and have been doing lots of stuff together every day. Even though he doesn't fully understand the concept yet, I am hoping that as he gets older he takes part in making up these silly events and then we can enjoy them together.
