This video is part of an apparently successful marketing campaign launched by JC Penny. Â My only criticism is that it’s a bit long, but definitely worth a peek. Â While I’ve been in the doghouse many times I hadn’t thought of JC Penny as the way out … UNTIL NOW!

I thought it was hilarious – especially the soothing instructional “messages” being voiced over a loudspeaker in the background. The more you watch the video, the more you realize how much thought was put into it. Kudos to JC Penny’s PR team. They took a creative risk and it worked.
